Empty Cauli Rice into a pre-heated frying pan. Cook on a medium heat, without oil. Stir regularly, to avoid burning. Add a little water only if you feel it is necessary. Serve when contents are cooked through and steaming.

Cut open the top of the pouch and stand it upright in the microwave. Cook for the time shown. When cooked, empty the pouch with care as contents may be hot.

Store Cauli Rice pouches in a cool, dry place. Even though Cauli Rice contains no preservatives, it will last for up to 12 months in the pouch. Once opened, cook and consume immediately. Uncooked Cauli Rice may be refrigerated (in a covered bowl) for 2-3 days after the pouch has been opened.
For best results, do not reheat.
